Indoor Sleepover Teepees

Spacing for tents - Each teepee tent requires a clearance of 160 cm x 85 cm. Please ensure that the required space is considered before deciding on how many children will be attending. They can be arranged in various configurations (lined-up, semi-circle, aisles) all depending on your space.

Age Requirements – The recommended ages that the teepee tents are suitable for are between 5-14 year olds.

Timings – Please allow approximately 60 minutes for set up and 45 minutes for collection.

Cleaning – All bedding items are laundered after each use, using sensitive skin detergent products. All hard surfaces are sanitised with detergent sprays. All decorative items, sleeping tents are spot cleaned, disinfected or laundered after each party.

Use of Tents – All Sleepy Teepee Company Tents and accessories are for indoor use only. The tents are not toys and are for the use of sleeping.

All our teepees are hand crafted and comply to CE regulations. We would ask that all children are supervised by an adult around the teepees and would not recommend that children under 5 years of age sleep in them.  I hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy. A copy is available upon request, should you wish to view.

Some equipment and decorations contain small parts and are not suitable for use by children under 3 years of age.

All mattresses, bedding and accessories are all CE certified.

Delivery fees apply outside a radius of 15 miles of Huntingdon PE28 3BN. These charges will be stipulated on quotation.

All Sleepy Teepee Company bookings require a Booking deposit of £30, we will hold a date for 7 days whilst you complete the booking form and pay the deposit.  After the 7 days, the date will be released if these have not been received.  The remaining balance is payable either before the date or on the day of set up. This amount will be advised with an Invoice.

Delivery, assembly, styling, collection are all included in the hire cost.

Cleaning and laundering of items is included within the hire price. However, If any item is damaged, stained or lost, charges will apply to cover replacement costs.  Any costs will be discussed and mutually agreed.
